1. Standard Warranty Coverage

Seasonal Lighting Products: All of our seasonal lighting products are tested and approved under UL or CSA/US standards. We warrant to the original purchaser that our products are free from manufacturing defects for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

  • Extended Coverage: Select LED products may carry extended manufacturer warranties beyond the standard 90-day period. Please refer to individual product packaging or specific product documentation for applicable terms.

2. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not apply to or cover:

  • Permanent Use: With the exception of LED retrofit bulbs, all seasonal lighting products are intended for temporary seasonal display only and are not intended for permanent or year-round, continuous use.

  • Improper Installation or Use: The warranty is null and void if the product is used, installed, or operated in a manner contrary to manufacturer guidelines and safety instructions.

  • Product Modifications: Any product that has been cut, modified, spliced, or altered in any way is strictly ineligible for warranty coverage.

  • Third-Party Costs: Coverage applies solely to the product itself and does not cover costs incurred for shipping, handling, or labor related to the installation, removal, or re-installation of products.

3. Out-of-Warranty Products & Replacement Parts

If your product falls outside the standard 90-day warranty window or requires maintenance due to normal wear or unauthorized modification, replacement parts are available for purchase. We maintain a stock of replacement components—including wiring, sockets, power supplies, and bulbs—to help extend the life of your seasonal lighting displays.
